Dawson College first opened its doors to students in September 1969. The institution wanted to ensure a consistent, authentic and well understood value to benefit current and potential students, employees, alumni, partners and donors.
Unlike branding a new organization, Dawson College had a proud history to draw upon as well as a variety of established colours, logos and materials. So the goal was to streamline the identity that was already known and loved over the decades.
The result was a clearly articulated unique value to the community and society at large.

Our experience working with SIVA has been exceptional and at every step we were in the hands of seasoned professionals. We went from an outdated brand that the community was misusing to a refreshed visual identity that the entire institution has embraced. I most appreciated their ability to actively listen to our unique challenges and come up with multiple creative solutions to address them.
