Canus. Canada’s 5th largest soap manufacturer and known for its 100% Canadian goat’s milk skin care products under 3 brands: Caprina, Nature by Canus, and Li’l Goats.
With growing international presence, it produces 1 million bars of soap each month. Canus contributes to nourishing a better world by offering skin care products made with fresh goat’s milk, manufactured in partnership with Canadian dairy milk producers.

Objectives

To continue expanding brand awareness and loyalty throughout North America.

  • Increase brand awareness and visibility in English Canada and USA
  • Segment database and increase membership loyalty
  • Accelerate online sales and increase number of transactions

Deliverables

Develop a short-term, impactful loyalty campaign to promote the Canus brand and reward new members.

  • Creation, development and launch of the “Caprina Wellness Campaign”, a membership-based loyalty program
  • Development of a social media strategy
  • Implementation of a “Lead generation” strategy to feed its database
